Service Level Agreement

1. “A” Type response, which qualifies a 2-hour reaction time, will be associated with the following type of faults.

  • System dead.
  • PABX attendant console not responding to operational commands
  • Unable to dial out.

2. “B” Type response-A variable of 2 to 4 hours reaction time will be associated with the following type of fault.

  • System partly working
  • Executive or senior personnel extension out of order.
  • PABX attendant console intermittently not responding.
  • Reporting of Telkom faults.

3. “C” Type response-within 8 hours, which will be associated with the following type of faults.

  • Extension Telephones
  • Extension Telephone Bells
  • Telephones cords
  • Night service bells
  • Extension cable faults
  • Busy lamp on switchboard
  • Facility and minor program change
  • Voicemail.

4. Response hours are weekly between 8h00 and 17h00
